Rachel and Mark Discuss Free to Sales

Rachel and Mark are discussing management systems and how to take them from free to selling.

R.A. says we can translate the management systems in different languages. We have inventory and POS software for run hardware business also. Any features needed on the AMS, let R.A. know, so they can be added.

M.U. wants all R.A.'s free services with a new face (sounds like white labeling) like "His Admin Control." He wants to be able to sign people up with the back end in ST's control on existing server. He is willing to contribute a % of his sales to us for the back end control and maintenance fee.

He is more interested in a FEW features that work well, MANY users/customers than 100s of features & only 1 customer. He needs to make $$$ now. He considers this a merger, acquisition. (Not sure who's merging with whom or who is acquiring what.)

Some of the points of understanding M.U. asks for:

1. His company will market the products and also get sales and manage sales.

2. ST's responsible for back end development and support of all their products.

3. His company will have a Single Admin control of each product to create new user with an option of date of expiry.

4. ALL current products/services which are free (which ones, R.A.?) from ST will have His Company selling with new face on front end with backend same. (Sounds like white labeling.)

5. His company will be responsible for sales and distribution expenses. All technical support, marketing material/products manuals and products development, maintenance and support expenses by ST.

6. His company will pay 20% of each sale to ST for development, maintenance and support of existing products.

7. In case of any new project of software development, both will decide the cost of project development and will share the income accordingly.
